Family Friendly Events

First Night Buffalo takes place downtown at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center located at 153 Franklin Street from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. This family-friendly, drug and alcohol free celebration includes attractions such as Shemika Charles the Limbo Queen, Hybrid Fitness Ninja Warrior Academy, Jeff Musial The Animal Guy, the Bubble Black Light Dance Party, the Toddler Zone, storybook characters and The Red Trouser Show. At 9:30 p.m., Buffalo native and former X-Factor contestant, Caitlin Koch performs, followed by a confetti countdown and balloon drop. For those interested in a quick trip north, check out Old Falls Street Family Fun New Year’s Eve Party at The Niagara Falls Conference & Event Center, Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls from 5 – 10 p.m. Activities include a dance floor with music by D+B Karaoke and DJ, Primate Display with Carmen Presti, Giant Inflatable Slide, Bounce House and Obstacle Course, Airbrush Tattoos for Children, Kirt the Entertainer with Stilting, juggling and magic activities, The Balloon Brothers, Social Media Photo Booth, arts and crafts and interactive games.
