Main Street Pizzeria and Cafe, located at 56-60 East Main St. in downtown Springville, is a “full service restaurant along with takeout and delivery,” said manager Justin Emerling.
Before the pizzeria, the Emerling family operated the video store and then we decide to move to 56 East Main St.
At this point, in late 1998, they opened up Main Street Pizzeria and Cafe, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The inside of the building was remodeled and designed by owner Joe Emerling, Justin’s father, to represent “downtown Main Street in 1912” with murals painted by local artist Tom Irish, Justin Emerling said.
“Joe’s desire to attract more local business for the village of Springville was well received and has been a boost to both the shops at 56 East Main St., and to surrounding establishments as well,” he continued.
Justin said the restaurant has a “relaxed atmosphere,” offering fish fry’s and a Prime Rib Night.
The pizzeria is open seven days a week and has “a great selection of burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and salads,” Justin said. The restaurant has everyday daily specials and soups of the day, special platters for any occasion and frozen pizza.
Take out the family on Sunday where kids 12 and under eat free with an easy to use kids menu.
Besides the main eating area, the restaurant has a separate dining area for large party functions including birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and New Year’s. The separate dining area has also hosted paint nights in the past.
Every Wednesday on Facebook, Main Street Pizzeria and Cafe gives away a food prize to one lucky winner.
“The menu has a large variety of food items that fits everyone’s appetite!”
Main Street Pizzeria and Cafe is open Monday through Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
