The Springville Fire Department is hosting its first Fire Trucks and Food Truck event on July 29 at Springville Fireman’s Park on Nason Blvd., from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The event starts with a classic car show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with food trucks arriving at noon and staying all day or until they run out.  Trucks participating are Allen Burger Venture, Buffalo’s Best Grill, and Jake Andthefatmanbbq.

Music starts at 2 p.m. with the country band Barnstorm playing from 2 to 6 p.m. and the classic rock band Impact playing from 7 to 11 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public and participants can bring in their own lawn chairs.  People are asked not to bring in any coolers or food and drink.

Proceeds will support the Springville Fire Department’s general fund.  Special thanks to Emerling Dealerships, Jim Murphy, Lamb and Webster, Tim’s Auto, Springville Print Shop and Fornes Insurance for sponsoring this event.
