Local favorite Penny Whiskey will be appearing at Springville Center for the Arts on March 22 at 7:30 p.m. for a special acoustic version of their show.

The performance will feature the band’s own compositions, with homegrown bluegrass and folk influences, audience participation, rousing pub songs and tearful ballads.

Penny Whiskey includes guitar, banjo, mandolin, bodhran and Springville resident Paul Kneis on whistles.

Tickets are $12 pre-sale, $15 at the door and are available at or by calling 592-9038.
