Raven and the Wren will bring their classic American sound to Springville Center for the Arts on Friday, April 21st.  Influenced by the songwriting of artists like Lucinda Williams and Townes Van Zandt, the group has been performing together since 2015.

Singer and guitarist Natty Lou Race writes music from her personal, raw, and sometimes dark experiences.  Band members Jason “Junior” Tutwiler and Chris Rattie joined Race after touring in the U.S. with their former band, The Rustlanders.  Bob Hart, part of central PA’s indie and jazz scenes, joined as the final member of the group.  Raven and the Wren created their live debut album “Friend of Failure” in 2016.

The concert starts at 8:00pm and tickets are available at the door for $15 or presale for $12 by calling (716) 592-9038 or at SpringvilleArts.org.  The Carol Mongerson Theater is located at Springville Center for the Arts, 37 N. Buffalo Street, Springville, NY 14141.
