It’s that of year when maple lovers are in luck. Whether you prefer it in syrup, sugar, cotton candy or another of its many tasty forms, this is the ideal time of year to enjoy any fresh maple products.

As a way to celebrate the state’s abundance of maple deliciousness, New York is once again spearheading the tradition of Maple Weekends, March 18-19 and 25-26. This event features maple producers from all over WNY. Learn about New York’s maple farming processes and traditions and indulge in tasting pure maple syrup in its many forms right from the source.
