The work of over 25 artists will be featured in the upcoming Spring Community Exhibit at the Harold L. Olmsted Gallery at the Springville Center for the Arts.
A variety of mediums from photography, woodworking, oil, watercolor and pen and ink will create an interesting display for gallery visitors.
“We have been thrilled to see the breadth and quality of the work being submitted,” said Seth Wochensky, Executive Director of SCA. “This exhibit is a testament to the strength of the arts in our community.”
Participating artists include Mary Anderson, Judson Brown, Loreen Butcher, Bill Davies, Audrey Dowling, Richard Enser, Barbara Fox, Sharon Fundalinski, Bernadette Keleher, Kathleen Kelleher, Jennifer Koury, Linda Ludwig, Kathleen McDonnell, Bill McGirr, Nancy Palmer Miess, Jen Parsons, Deborah Radford, Kari Roslund, Susan Rudnicky, Sara Smith, Linda Spors, Pam Stachowski, Sharon Stuart, Monica Vacanti, Peggy Walker and Michael Weishan.
The exhibit has been on display since Feb. 26 and will continue through April 13.
The free opening reception will be held on March 9 at 6:30 p.m. The opening reception is an open house, refreshments are served and the artists will be on hand to meet guests.
The Harold L. Olmsted gallery is located inside Springville Center for the Arts at 37 North Buffalo St., Springville.
Admission to the gallery is free and open Wednesday and Friday from noon to 5 p.m., Thursday from noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
