Green Springville will be wrapping up their Green Speaker series on Tuesday, April 9 with a presentation on bees.

Jason Engel, from Shamel Milling, will be on hand to talk about his experience keeping bees and provide some tips for those who want to get started.

“When it comes to sustainability, you can go in a hundred different directions,” said Reed Braman, Green Springville President. “This year we wanted to focus on the aspects of local agriculture, and beekeeping is something achievable that many people can do outside of village limits.”

Join Green Springville for the Backyard Beekeeping talk on Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the UNOVA Coworking space on 29 Mechanic St., Springville.
