Metro Kirsch Real Estate is excited to announce that they are celebrating their 20th anniversary of their Springville office in 2018!

Metro Kirsch, formerly Metro Rose Kirsch Realty, was started by Rose Kirsch over 50 years ago with a small home office on Hunters Creek Road in Holland, NY.  The business continued to grow and in 1985, Rose’s daughter, Cindy Bramer, obtained her Real Estate license and started working alongside her mother.

Over the years, Rose expanded with different locations throughout WNY in Holland, East Aurora and Hamburg and Marilla.

In 1997, Cindy approached Rose with the idea to open an office in Springville, where Cindy lived with her family.   She really saw potential in Springville for a new office to open and there was a great space available at 20 East Main, between Bob’s News and The Leland House.   No convincing was needed; Rose immediately agreed and in 1998, their new location opened for business.

Cindy’s daughter, Melissa, decided to follow in her mother’s and grandmother’s shoes.  In 2004, she obtained her Real Estate license and started working the family business.

In 2008, Rose retired from Real Estate and turned the company fully over to Cindy.  To avoid confusion, the company’s name was changed to Metro Kirsch Real Estate.

In 2010, another opportunity presented itself when the building at 40 East Main Street became available.  Seeing the potential in that space for their business to move to, the property was purchased  that fall and Metro Kirsch moved in.

Now, the business is run by the mother-daughter duo with the plan that eventually Melissa will fully take on the business.  “I’m in no hurry to fully run everything but when Cindy is ready to hand over the day to day duties, I’m up for it!” said Melissa Frank, adding, “Cindy will probably never stop selling real estate so to her loyal clients: past, present and future….. no worries!”

“Springville has brought many successes to our business and we are grateful for our community, our clients and most importantly, our agents,” said owner Cindy Bramer.

They currently have 10 licensed salespeople in addition to Cindy and Melissa, and all have been past Metro Award winners for their sales.   “Our agents are exceptional in what they do!  They are go-getters, they follow through on their deals till closing and they always do what they can do to get the job done,” Bramer said.

Frank has recently been announced as one of Springville’s “4 under Forty” from the Springville Chamber of Commerce for her efforts within the community, further solidifying her resolve to continue to make this business run smoothly in Springville for another 20+ years.  She said, “I love this Town and Village; we raise our family here and to have a family business here too is just amazing!”

Frank explained that they wanted to find a way to celebrate their 20th anniversary in Springville and share the celebration with the community.   “We’ve decided to replicate a giveaway that was done by Rose and her husband, Terry, in Holland back in the early 90s during the Holland Tulip Festival,” Franks said.  This year for The Dairy Festival, Metro Kirsch Real Estate will be having a drawing for a wooden playhouse.  The playhouse will be displayed on a float during the parade, entry forms will be handed out and available during the festival, and a winner will be announced at the end of the event.

“To the people that have utilized our services in the past, THANK YOU for supporting our family business!” Frank said.  “To the people we have yet to help obtain the dream of home ownership, we are here and will continue to be here, whenever you are ready!  Remember, working with a local company not only gives you expert representation on your home, it gives you agents that live and work in the area.  That means something!”
